You sold us out last month (and every month) as we celebrated Mary Jane and good Judy’s, and we have a big surprise for you all this month—

As working $trippers ourselves, we all owe something to a veteran of the club at some point in our careers, and we are so honoured to bring you an incredible vet to the game and the stage! With 25 years in the game, she’s stopping by on her coast to coast Canadian show schedule to grace our stage and show us what money simply cannot buy (but tipping helps)—Get excited to see @carmen!!! Featuring for one night only, she’ll be throwing it back to the throwback with her incredible pole skills and stage presence!

Who are we?

WE ARE A SELF MANAGED, QUEER, SWER RUN COLLECTIVE WITH THE GOAL OF BRINGING AUTHENTIC ENTERTAINMENT IN ITS RAWEST FORM TO YOU— FOR TOO LONG THE “GENTLEMENS CLUB” EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN EXCLUSIVELY FOR MEN TO ENJOY! AS QUEER DANCERS OURSELVES WITH A COMBINED 30+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE CLUBS, WERE BRINGING ALL THE SENSUAL, JAW DROPPING, UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL RAW ENTERTAINMENT OF THE “RIPPER BAR” TO YOU IN A SAPPHICS ONLY PARADISE!

BY CREATING THIS SPACE WE HOPE TO HELP BRIDGE A GAP BETWEEN SWERS AND THE QUEER COMMUNITY, WHILE HIGHLIGHTING THE DIVERSE SPECTRUM OF TALENT MANY QUEER PEOPLE WOULD NEVER WITNESS OTHERWISE. WE DO THIS BY ONLY ALLOWING WOMEN, TRANS, NON-BINARY AND TWO-SPIRITED FOLKS INTO OUR EVENT, AS DE-CENTERING CISMEN ALLOWS OUR PERFORMERS, BOTH RESIDENT AND GUEST, TO TRULY EXPRESS THEIR QUEER SELVES WHILE ALLOWING YOU, OUR PATRONS, TO RELAX AND FEEL SAFE IN AN EXCITING NEW SPACE!

OUR GOALS THROUGH THIS PROJECT ARE HIGHLIGHTING QUEER SWER TALENT, SPREADING AWARENESS ABOUT MARGINALIZED WORKERS, DE-MISTIFYING OUR EVERYDAY WORK AND PROVIDING A PLATFORM FOR SEASONED QUEER WORKERS TO CONNECT WITH THEIR COMMUNITY AUTHENTICALLY. BY BEING A WORKER RUN EVENT, WE ARE ABLE TO AVOID THE ISSUES OF EXPLOITATION, WAGE THEFT AND MISCONDUCT WORKERS IN THE CLUB OFTEN FACE UNDER THEIR NON-SWER EMPLOYERS. WE DO THIS THROUGH PRINCIPLES SUCH AS WAGE PRIVACY, FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION, DIVERSIFICATION, PRIORITIZING WORKER SAFETY AND EDUCATION.
